The Girls Jr. High B Team is continuing their success into the new year.  With a strong win over Little Miami and an emotional win over arch rival Nagel, the girls clinched a first round bye in the FAVC Tournament!  On January 16 th, the team suffered its first loss of the season at the hands of Edgewood .  Coming off of the tight, emotional Nagel win, the girls started a bit flat and couldn’t get it done.  They stand at 9-1 going into the final week before the tournament.  The 8 th Graders on the team are looking for a Jr. High sweep of the FAVC, having won the FAVC Tournament last year as 7 th Graders!  Come out and support the girls next weekend as they go after their 2 nd strait FAVC title!  Good Luck Knights!

The Girls Jr. High B Team plans to carry their success into the new year. They finished 2006 strong with a big win over MVCA 30-21. With 6 regular season games to go, their overall record remains unblemished at 7-0! Through the first half of the season they have outscored their opponents a staggering 185-95! Coach Brunk is doing a great job developing and motivating the team, as evidenced by the fact that, out of 7 games, 4 different players have shared the lead scorer honors! They kick off the back half of the year at Little Miami tonight followed by a tough match up against Nagel on Thursday. Good Luck Lady Knights!
